Shallyn's has been busy delivering courses to PTs, OTs, PTAs, and COTAs within the sub-acute setting this summer. "Lumbopelvic Interventions for the Sub-Acute Setting" included unique hands on treatment approaches for common ailments incurred in the sub-acute population. Most recently Shallyn's hosted a "Rehabilitative QiGong and Tai Chi in the Sub-Acute Setting" retreat. This course introduced fellow practitioners to the history and principles of Qigong and Tai Chi and instructed on various Tai Chi movements pertinent to the sub-acute patient population.
Out of the sub-acute setting now? Bypassed the sub-acute stay? Shallyn's is here for your outpatient needs. Her expertise can tailor hands on treatment specific to your needs and postural abilities.
