Firm, Tone and Endure
Research supports improved immunity through improved core stability. This program will focus on Pilates-based exercises, known to be low impact, functional motion, and a power house at strengthening the core. Recommended equipment: exercise ball appropriate for your height.
What this package includes:
•Thorough evaluation of baseline motion, strength, and contributing health concerns.
•Assessment and orientation to available equipment (as needed).
•Mutual goal setting.
•6 private virtual or in-person 45 minuteexercise sessions.
•In-between session support*
•Community Pilates class transition support.
