Did you know that the bible supports lumbopelvic stability (low back-hip-and leg strength) ?

Job 40:16-17 NKJV
“See now, his strength is in his hips, And his power is in his stomach muscles.  He moves his tail like a cedar; The sinews of his thighs are tightly knit.”
So, what does it mean to move your tail like a cedar?  [I think the other parts of the verse are fairly self-explanatory.]

I believe it means to have control of your butt — to be tall, strong, stable, and yet flexible and in balance to nature’s elements all at the same time.  In Tai Chi we call it actively relaxed, in good posture.  In Pilates, we refer to it as activating the power house.

In 2019, feed your body with biblical principles — focus on your lumbopelvic stability for good health!
